OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, KING OF THE UNIVERSE 21st November 2021
Jesus’ kingship is the kingship of one who is dedicated to his Father. He lives and dies for the truth. In his death and resurrection he is enthroned in the glory of his Father. This is the kingship we celebrate: one who has passed through the worst of human life to a life and joy that is eternal.

The end of time is a time of confidence when God will return to his people to call us home to him.
THIRTY - SECOND SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME 7th November 2021
(Prisoners’ Sunday)
The selfless generosity of the two women in today’s readings is but a sign of God’s generosity in giving himself in his Son, Jesus Christ. We too are called to give all that we have and trust that God will look after us.

World Mission Sunday
Mission Sunday is the day we support in prayer, and in other ways (a letter, financial contribution, a visit to a missionary’s family), men and women who have given their lives, for a few years or more, in the service of faith and of justice all over the world.
TWENTY-NINTH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME 17th October 2021

The rich man kept his wealth, but he was sad. The gospel reminds us that full and true happiness is found, not in possessions and reputation, but in the way we share our lives in love with God and others.
TWENTY - SEVENTH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME 3rd October 2021

God has created us to live in love with and for each other. We pray today for a strengthening in our society of the value of the bond of marriage and family.
TWENTY - SIXTH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME 26th September 2021
World Day of Migrants and Refugees
The word of God cuts into our lives and challenges us to listen, even, if its message is tough. It is a word which promises a constant invitation in our lives to live more like Christ.
TWENTY - FIFTH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME 19th September 2021
There is no such question as to who is “the greatest in the service of God”. We are all infinitely loveable in the sight of God.
TWENTY - FOURTH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME 12th September 2021
Suffering was the way for Christ to enter his glory. It was the way for him to show his love for God’s people. His risen life is our hope in face of sorrow, death and suffering.
