Although we are strongly drawn to follow Jesus, we will experience strong conflicts and temptations to follow “other gospels’’. If we stay with Jesus in prayer and friendship we can overcome such conflicts.

It is all too easy to trust in our own possessions - and the more we have the easier it is. But they are all temporary. If we put our trust in the Resurrection and live in its spirit then we shall inherit eternal life.
